House 374 sq.m. in Southern Bulgaria

The major point while building this house was the optimal use of the yard and the southern exposure to the mountain slopes. The accents are large windows, wooden siding, and the steel metal sheets covering the roof and a part of the external walls.
The bedrooms have sloped ceilings, the master bedroom has a view towards a valley. There is also another bedroom on the first level. A living room, kitchen and dining room share the rest of the spacious first floor. The big sliding windows accentuate the connection with the nature when being opened.
The building is with minimized costs of heating and cooling.
