The bungalow is characterized by its enormous squaring which is skillfully organized as a second level above a one-story semi-excavated building and provides a unique view of the sea.
The only accent is the horizontal wooden cladding of the facade, where the white boards contrast with the dark joint between them and that creates a strong graphic effect.
A spacious common space forms the “day” area and combines a living room, dining room and kitchen. Each of the two bedrooms has a private bathroom. The veranda smoothly connects the interior and the exterior.
