A two-storey house designed for a family from Veliko Tarnovo. The architecture is minimalist, with two definite zones.
On the first floor there is a spacious living room with a kitchenette and study. There is also a workshop with access from the yard. On the second floor there are four bedrooms. A garage and veranda complete the functionality of the building. The house has a reduced heating and cooling cost.
